If you can rule out drink, drugs, and unemployment, i'd suggest going to your GP. 14 hours sleep every night is excessive - missing out on that extra 6hrs a day waking time is a crime! I used to keep strange hours myself, but now that I've remedied, that...things are a bit easier!

Try getting more exercise during the day....you might be more tired but sleep deeper and need less overall
The first thing that comes to mind is to go to your GP to rule out an under active thyroid........simple blood test.
Have you had a period of stress in your life? I lost my DH after a long and unpleasant illness and after the first few days I was sleeping 14 to 16 hours at a stretch. This has gradually resolved over 6 months or so although i still do it occasionally.
Do you snore? Sleep apnoea is a possibility - there are support groups and treatment.

Try asking your Gp about Vitamin B12 injections. I have one about every three months and they perk me up no end.
