It's uterine cancer. The Doctor said it's a "big cancer" and "Its a shame that we didn't catch it earlier".
I don't know whether she meant in terms of the complicated surgery Nan will have to undergo or whether she was saying that it is too late to give her a cure. Either way, she's off to Cheltenham in a matter of days. Fingers crossed.
Hope they can offer some more positive news in Cheltenham. At least it is a proper regional cancer centre I know how close you are so everything crosed
