I've noticed recently that the bunion bone (don't know the name of it), is raised when I touch the top of it. It doesn't stick out when I rub along the side of my foot but is extremely bony when I rub my finger along over the bone bit. It has been painful on a couple of occasions.
I hope this makes sense. Does that mean that this is the start of a bunion?
Ach-y-fi! I don't 'do' crocs to be honest. I tend to wear dolly style shoes, which thinking about it, rub across that bone. Time to find a new style of shoe I guess.
Try to lift a golf ball off the floor with your toes around it, I have been told that this is a good exercise for the toe bones and keeps bunions at bay.
