Firstly a big Hello to everyone. You may remember me from my rather long post about my Hubby getting Necrotising Fasciitis.First off,he is much, much better but not 100% yet.
As I find typing a bit difficult at the mo,I will just give you a brief lowdown on what has been going on.
Went into hospital late Dec-cannot remember most of it,in a bad way.
Started to 'come round' mid Jan
Was due to go to Intermediate care (IMC) mid Feb when I had a seizure of some kind(cause and reason still unknown) and was unconscious and unresponsive for about 5 days, when I started to come round.
Thats when the situation hit home.I had to learn how to use and move all my muscles (inc tongue, yep I could not even speak)and am still working on it now.
Got home about 2 weeks ago and am getting used to life slowly again.Having to use a wheelchair when I go out or move around some of the house is a challenge, but we are all getting there.
Mr Aya has been through the mill with everything that has gone on,please understand that this is a highly edited version of events. He is a complete and utter diamond and the best hubby EVER!!!
I hope to find you all well, anything I should know about happen in the last 6 month's,I have some catching up to do in most aspects of life, here seems a good place to wean myself into cyberworld.LOL!
Thanks for your time folks,I will be messaging again soon,I cannot believe how long this took, and that goodness for spell checker.
Love Aya,Mr Aya and the 2 very grown up midi Ayas xxxx
