Tinks, the body is resourceful and will let you know when it needs refuelling. Try not to dwell on lack of food as this is going to add to your anxiety. Try refreshing types of food, things that don't need too much effort to chew, like soft fruit , piece of cake, puddings, and don't worry too much about any calorific content !! You will be aching , bless you , it is awful makes you feel like you have bben flattened by a steam roller. Go out with your friends, try to relax, I know how hard it is going to be.
