There is a very eccentric cab driver I use who always tells very far fetched stories about what is happening in his life. Thing is, they are always borderline believable! I wondered about his recent one: He said that Paul MCartney (his friend of course) is writing the music for the new film that is being made of upstairs downstairs. I couldn't find any evidence of this online, and wondered if you could?!!

i did read somewhere a film of that was being done. can't remember where, tho.
We had a teacher in primary school that used to tell far-fetched stories. The
only one I remember is him being lifted in the air by a hurricane whilst holding
on tight to a lamppost!
Some of our local cab drivers do the Jeremy Kyle account and they have some stories, unfortunately probably true though!
Couldn't find anything about a film of it, but there was a second BBC series shown earlier this year. The music for taht series was composed by Carl Davis not McCartney, at least according to Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.o..._%282010_TV_series%29
Prob Hey Jude when your up stairs bring my hat downstairs
I sometimes wonder if this is an illness in some people....I would try to call his bluff as in asking for a couple of lines of lyric and perhaps what key it's written in etc Mind you he could probably say Paul handled all that. But then you have to question HIS involvement and why Sir Paul wished to use a drivers particular talents and share royalties with a 'commoner'....
