Hello, I am sorry to hear of your condition. I also have epilepsy caused by flickering lights. Try this website www.epilepsy.org.uk.
I did have epilepsy from 13 - 16 but fortunately, it was only mind and I grew out of it.  I had 3 major attacks, so I half know what your going through.  How are you coping?

my brother has epilepsy. he has sezures about once a week. he gave up his drivers licence years ago, he was in two bad accidents. it's a marical he's alive. if there is anything i can do to help you please let me know! i'll pray for you!

Sorry - I was meant to write that it was only a 'mild' form of epilepsy....

Sorry to hear of your problem, I don't know if I can be of any help but, I have been "epileptic" for 20yrs now as a result of brain surgery.  Thankfully it is now controlled by drugs and I haven't had an attack for some time now. Epilepsy can strike people of any age, from any walks of life at any time.  Once you have found the correct medication for you in the correct doseage it should be manageable, but it is important to get your levels checked regularly.  I am also very lucky in having a partner who understands my condition and who knows what to do if I have an attack, I dont know what I would have done without her in the past!  And she makes sure I take my tablets at the right time.  If I can be of anymore help please let me know.  Best Wishes, Bruce.
