two of my sisters are way taller than their partners. It's a hoot seeing the eldest one with heels on and going close to 5-10 and he is probably 5-2 or 3..... My ex was smaller 5-2 to my 5-8-1/2

I once went out with a guy who was the same height as me and spent a while wearing flat shoes.

I went to a business meeting with a male colleague who was vertically challenged, as I was wearing a smart suit I also wore a pair of modestly heeled court shoes. At the end of the day I was told very firmly that I should wear flat shoes on the next occasion. I don't know how it happened but the next time the ONLY pair of shoes that would match my suit were sky-scraper stilletos.......

I'm 5,6 my o h is 6ft. I never went out with men shorter than me. My younger daughter is 5,9 and always has gone out with shorter boys. Her current bf is about 5'5 and it doesn't bother her at all.

Hi Gness, I was considered tall when living in the valleys but I was positively twitchy compared to some of the pupils I taught, they used to tower over me (especially as I never wear heels). On the up-side, all of my child are going to be tall though.
