Sorry, I should have said I am still eating fruit and vegetables, just bad carbs. Don't know why I put 'all carbs'. So yeah, crappy carbs like bread, pasta, rice, cereal, beer! All dairy. I just don't think my body reacts well to these, and I want to be healthier. I do actually feel much, much better, and I'm sleeping really well too - which is unusual for me.
It's just the skin. I thought my skin would look 'great' having cut out the crap, but I wonder if I just need to give it a bit more time. It's itching, which makes it really irritable.
Sqaud, thanks for the advice, but it's definitely not that. It's definitely a breakout of spots :(
