Neck Pain

I think I've pulled a muscle in my neck, last night it niggled a bit but since I've got up I can't turn my head to the right. I can move it all the way to left, up and down, although niggles a bit if I bend it backwards too far.

Are there any exercises that I can do, I really need to be getting on with stuff and the way it feels now I couldn't drive, grrr.

Apply warmth or cold whichever suits you best. If going out wear a scarf.
Exercise by turning head both ways and up and down but only to its limits, stop if causing too much pain, avoid holding head/neck stiff. Take paracetamol or ibuprufen as required. Apply anti-inflammatory cream/gel if you have any. Hope this helps.

Thanks furry, have probably been doing most of that, had to resort to those gel handwarmers that you pop. Pain in the bum, today of all days, I've got to go shopping.
These things happen at the most inconvenient time, don't they. Hope it soon gets better.
