I'l try and keep this short!...

Me and my ex split up about 4 months ago. Since then I have got back with the bloke that I was with before him (god that sounds bad!)

We split up coz we always argued and I dont regret splitting up with him. The only thing is - we work together. We split on good terms but it took a while to get over him, and I thought I had. But he just came over and started flirting with me. He grabbed my hand (I had something he wanted) he held onto it for longer than needed - now I cant get rid of the butterflies!

Im really confused and feel a bit guilty. Although nothing happened I just didnt think I had feelings for him before! It was only at lunch we were talking about how we get on better now we are just friends.

I never think about him when Im out of the office. But now I wish he would walk over again.......

I think its only natural! You had feelings for him once and noe he is in a way forbidden fruit which makes it all the more exciting!
But make a choice one way or the other and stick to it, try not to hurt anyone in the process including yourself and you'll be laughing!

Sounds like there is still a lot between you and your ex. How long were you together? I think that you should act on your instinct.
