Another thing you could do is look at your own recipes you love and count up the sins, then see if there is a way to reduce the overall sin count. If in doubt you can ring the sinline to check sin values of basic foodstuffs.

My favourite at the moment is potato wedges (done in the oven for about 45 mins with some seasoning - all free on a green day) with spicy beans.
To do the spicy beans i chop an onion, and simply add a tin of tomatoes, baked beans, sweetcorn, and a handful of bulgar wheat (by no means essential - just as nice without). Then add some spices - I use chili powder and cumin but use your favourites!
