Ex Partner Still A Pain In The Rear
I have been split up from an ex partner for 8 years and every so often he rears his ugly head. whilst I was in a relationship with him he did some weird and wonderful things, always accusing me of sleeping around and looking at other guys and immensly jealous of past relationships, he even made up posters on the computer and put them in his work locker saying that they had been planted there!! The posters we always about me and what a '***' I was and bad news. I confronted him and said lets report it to your boss, but hey ho, he wouldnt!! When we split he confessed it was him. Then he started sending letters to my new partner saying I was bad news etc. I am now married to my new partner and he has also married. We live about 6 miles from each other so rarey see each other but when we do he always has to do something. The latest is text messages to my landline from a mobile number not saying any names but obviously meant for my husband. He's basically saying, 'oh sorry to hear you are unhappy mate, you shouldnt of married her, maybe the next person u meet will be young and fit!' I no 100% these are from him. My daughter has moved on the estate he lives on so he has obviously seen us there and its 'upset' him. I have a police file on him from the past for violence and harrassment, is it worth me ringing the police and adding this to the list or could I ask a solicitor to send him a letter saying we have our suspicions he is up to his tricks again?? I fear that one day he may do some real damage.

no mags, what i mean is that if (for example) i am having problem with a male neighbour, i might say "she" just in case he is looking, to throw him off the scent. Obviously, if something is really identifiable, just changing the gender doesn't work.
I have used 4 usernames on answerbank since the beginning - 1 i abandoned when i got into a huge row/bullying situation with a long term user - i got a new name because i wanted to post without attracting her attention to come and piss all over my posts. 1 i used with permission of the ed when lost my son - i didn't want people asking me how i was every 5 minutes, so i posted under another name for a while. The other i used when i was pg and didn't want any one of my ab friends to know (because i didn't want ANYONE to know) but i wanted to ask some pregnancy related questions
The other one is bednobs.

I phoned the number told him I knew who he was and said i have reported it the police who have placed my complaint on his file with them and the police said any more and they will pay him a visit. The police have quite a nice thick file on him. would you believe it he is a probation officer too, well he was, I presume he still is!! Not had any more since I made the call!
