if a medicine stays in your system for a week(nhs website) is there anyway of speeding it up out of your system, say drinking more water or going for a run?

Yes.....you may be able to..but which drug are we talking about.

Sorry ronnie........increased excretion of that drug is outside of my expertise.

not a problem sqad at all, i was just thinking that the nhs might exaggerate it to cover themselves.
ronnie....!i think that disulfiram stays on the system longer than a week.
Google it.
i don't think there is a reliable way or increasing the amount of time ronnie (in fact according to some sources 7 days might be on the short side)
