Some stronger Non-sedating antihistaminesm which are only available on prescription may intefere, but this is only likely if you are using older anthhistamines, such as alimemazine (trimeprazine) and promethazine.
As Marvin correctly stated, as a rule of thumb, most over the counter medications can be taken with other medications, except in the case of antibiotics.
