Three days later, pick off the scab - sometimes the little white bit comes out with it, other times it can then be easily squeezed out as there is now an "access" to the outside. My feeling is that the body is trying to get rid of some rubbish, it's just that the skin is so tough it can't get out, so do what you need to to get rid of them!
These are milia and not skin tags or regular spots. They could be related to the products you use on your face. Be careful to avoid heavy cleansers and moisturisers, especially on the undereye area which is very delicate. Stick with light products. A google search as suggested by john91 will help more.
Hi AliFlump,
The spots on your skin are 'Milk Spots'. I have them also, on my cheeks.
'Milk spots' are relatively common and are actually small cysts in the skin, which is why you cannot squeeze them like normal spots as there is no pore to push them through.
If they are very small, then it is best to leave them alone as you can easily damage the skin and make them appear worse or leave a scare.
If there is a particularly large one, then it can be carefully pierced with a sterile needle and the contents of the cyst will come out as a small hard white lump. But go carefull when the cysts are near or around the eyes, for obvious reasons.
They will often disappear by themselves over a period of time.
There is no specific treatment to prevent them.
I hope this helps you.
