Any ideas (other than a pin) on how to relieve trapped wind?
I honestly feel like you could tie a string to my leg and fly me like a balloon.

Trapped wind is often dietry and/or life style induce. Lying down rubbing stomach helps as do sipping anything with peppermint/camomile/mint teas etc - there are millions of things available to help. Hi 2sp,I can sympathise with you, here is a true story laugh if you may.I went for a colonoscopy(camera up the back area) if no-one is familiar with this procedure. They filled me full of air to open up the bowel, that was alright until they had finished,I was in excruciating pain with wind, the nurse said get on your hands and knees and rock backwards and forwards, well that was great until, what happened, yes the biggest explosion I had ever had, happened and right on the consultants face who was sitting behind me,embarrassed? I was mortified, wasn't sure how he felt,he did have a mop of curly hair when he started but I think he did not need any straightners after that.I still laugh about It to this day.
