Dundee University Student's Association has suspended the sale of the Sun in all of its stores.

A motion to no longer stock copies of the newspaper until it ceases to publish page three girls was passed by a narrow majority vote at DUSA's annual general meeting on Tuesday.

The motion was passed by a narrow margin of 59 in favour and 57 against after a 'spirited and well informed debate'.

A DUSA spokesman said: "DUSA will suspend the sale of The Sun in all of its stores until they cease to publish page three girls.
