the pegs on my washing line HAVE to match each other AND the garment they're holding.
I wish you could buy black pegs!
I have to clean my teeth at least 4 times a day.
When I lock the back and front door I have to check them 3 times before going to bed and I will get out of bed at least 3times to check before being able to sleep.
I can't sleep if the duvet is not flat on the bed and i have to have a certain amount of duvet hanging over my side of the bed. I also prefer odd numbers.
I can't sleep in a bed where I cannot see the door. This isn't usually a problem in a typical house bedroom but can be a real pain when in a hotel. I end up having to move the bed so I can see the door which must be a real pain for the hotel staff. I guess they think strange fun and games have been going on.
Daft or what
With most people you would think they would prefer to sleep on the same side of the bed, no matter what bed. Especially for a couple, you'd think you'd always sleep on 'your' side. But me, I was switching sides on holidays, after moving house, when visting friends, etc and never wondered why.
I now realise I have to sleep on the side furthest away from the door!
And on the topic of numbers...when drinking water from a glass I often try to take 7 sips. This dates back when I was a kid and had to do 7 of everything. This was after my parents divorced and I notice my nephew adopting similar obessive/compulsive tics after his parents divorced, so it's obviously stress related.
