Lateral thigh trainer?

I am interested in purchasing one of these, as they say it tones up your abdominal muscles and thighs and gives you a good cardio work out it seems perfect for me! How long would I need to use it a day and how many times a week to notice a difference? Would you say its good to use whilst watching tv because I'm looking for something to combine with my work out on the treadmill!

If I had the chance to buy it again I wouldn't. i think it keeps me fit but I dont think it works on all the areas it says it does because on the dvd Brenda Dycraft says things like "can you feel it working can you feel the stretch in your inner and outer thigh I know I can" but I dont. Maybe if I used it more often I would notice more results but Its boring I can't wait to get it over and done with when I'm on it.
