My friend is going to give birth to her third baby any day now and I've no idea what to get for him. It will be her third son so she's well sorted for clothes, equipment, etc.
I absolutely detest vouchers so can anyone come up with a good suggestion? (I'm regifting her a gorgeous, expensive box of chocs someone gave me so I just want something for baby really)

If you've gone through all the usual suspects and don't like, (eg, Steiff teddy bear, money box, silver spoon, bottle vintage champagne and dislike vouchers, why not open him a rainy day bank account, that way every year you only have to by one present, say Christmas, because birthdays you can give him some cash for his account.
Might I suggest a personalised teddy bear from:-

I bought a gorgeous teddy in a navy blue hoodie with the baby's name and date of birth embroidered on the garment. It came beautifully gift-wrapped as well... and all for less than 25 quid! (although larger and more expensive ones are available if you prefer). If you go to the website, search for "My first teddy". They do have other personalised gifts if teddy's aren't your thing.

Thanks for all your suggestions, some brill ideas. I think the teddy bear has clinched it for me. Affordable and doesn't exclude the other boys (It would feel a bit mean only having a bank account or photos for just one of them). I was thinking of something personalised already but hadn't thought of a teddy. Thanks all!
I think a personalised teddy bear like the ones here http:// www.sch oolbear s.co.uk /person alised- teddy-b ears/ is a good idea, but how about a personalised birth chart horoscope based on the moment and location of birth http:// www.len astrol. co.uk/a strolog y-repor ts/birt h-horos cope/
