Ahhh very jealous about you seeing Robbie, he was here the other week in Manchester and was crazy busy round town for the 4 nights he was playing.
There is stuff you can get to draw it out, this paste stuff but it's a bit gross and, for me, didn't really help much and the top came off it in my bag and it wasn't pretty.
I never try and burst mine, let them sort themselves out, but keep an eye on it, I had one for two months and it persisted despite a couple of courses of antibiotics and ended up feeling really ill and getting admitted to hospital and having it surgically removed.
Hot water is good. Try and run the shower on it as hot as you can bare. Difficult place to hold anything on really and you don't want anything pressing down on it.
Little square dressing plasters would be good for it, gentle over it with room to breathe but sealed round the edges in case it bursts. You can get waterproof ones, can't think what the ones I got were called but they were in a green box in Superdrug.
When it does go I'd make sure the area is as clean as possible, antiseptic spray etc... you can get cheap sprays (easier for reaching) from places like Quality Save.
Hope it sorts itself soon, I get lots of them and they aren't nice x
