Nippy Skin

I had what I thought felt like sunburn. This went on for days I kept rubbing on moisturiser but no improvement as yet, it is now very nippy indeed feels like my skin being stretched no sign of rash nothing there. This is just between my shoulder blades it is getting me down bigtime so stingy and nippy anyone had this or understand what I mean?
