Health Problem...

Hi abers medical team, i hope you can help me, i'm at my wits end. I have what can only be described as a cramp type pain in my back, its keeping me awake at night, and making sitting down unbearable. I am taking paracetamol twice a day, and 600 ibrofen at night. My g'friend says its a cold in the bones, or a chill in the back.
any advice would be gratefully accepted

update on my health. the typical flu pain which made sleep impossible seem to have gone, but still have terrible headaches, and legs still feel like jelly.
sqad: how long should i keep taking the ibrufen?
