Does anyone wear one or recommend one?
I have a physical job and get the odd twinge...
Moved a large TV myself today and can definately feel the strain..
Id do good to protect my back i think ...my parents have sore backs/ sciatica and i can definately feel the odd pain in my back and sciatic nerve..
Im not in agony by any matter of means... Some of the poor ones in my work really suffer x

try a Belladona plaster, they're good for support & relief but you shouldn't be exerting yourself moving heavy things. Take care tinx x

speaking as a retired occupational therapist, the best protection for your back is strong muscles and avoiding doing things that could damage it!

I lifted patients before the LOLER regs came in and have the iffy back to prove it. Once your back is damaged, that is it, please be careful.
