In january my wife lost her diamond earring (stud), cost me £300 to have a replacement made. Opened up a bin liner full of christmas tree decorations yesterday and there it was attached to one of the baubles. Whats the chances of that happening.

I lost a diamond stud when I was feeding a pen full of partridges. One of the little sods ate it before I could pick it up.

Always thought someone somewhere would have got more than they bargained for when they were gutting it for the oven.

Whilst queuing to go into the nativity today, my friend told me how her mother hand knocked her hand on the classroom door yesterday and knocked a rose decoration off her Welsh gold ring. She looked down and it was by her feet. Amazing considering it could have gone down the grating, pinged anywhere and had been walked over by loads of little kids.

I hate to consider ( = I have spent alot of time thinking one way or another ) if the finding had been the same but that you had lost some other piercing you know like bel;y button stud..... or knee bangle
or something in between.....

I bought a lovely but cheap hair slide in Spain. Came home and asked the jeweller to make a copy in silver. It went missing, I searched high and low. About 5 years later I opened a drawer and there it was on top of a drawer I open all the time. I was gobsmacked and still don't have an answer/
