Well not quite chest pain but just below my ribs on the left side.

It feels like someone has punched me but no one has!! An's not teder to the touch.

I have googled it and it's most liklely a pulled muscle but I haven't done anything to pull one!! In fact I woke up with it and it has got steadily worse over the past couple of days.

What do you recon pulled muscle or am I going to die before Christmas? lol

Which Christmas?

From your OP, it does not have the characteristics of "heart pain" so is likely to be a pulled muscle.

Ibuprofen..........
I agree with sqad to some degree. It could also be costochondritis.

I have had a similar pain after having a cold and cough, I figured I had pulled something with coughing and it has settled down a lot over the last week as I'm coughing less. Have you had a cough?

Thanks Everyone,

It doesn't hurt when I breath just now and then when I move. I am tending towards a muscel strain, even though I haven't done anything worth a strain lol.

I't just another really good excuse for not doing an cleaning :)

Those who suffer costochondritis should avoid sailing close to Mediterranean islands.
Cleaning is good therapy cassa (sorry to say). A dog I walk has a habit of stopping dead when he scents something really good and this was causing a jolt which led to a similar pain on the left side. Put a head collar on him and it cleared up.
