Ear Plugs

I need to get some descent ear plugs, when camping I have used the ones that you roll in your fingers then they expand when you put them in your ear, but they either pop out, or I have itchy ear the next day, anyone know of a good ear plug, cat has had a major nose op, his snoring is driving me mad, and no I will not kick him out of my bed, but I have had no sleep 4 three nights.

I used to use wax ones from Boots when I worked shifts
