Ok joking aside... I don't know what its called. But my brother was involved in a Motorcycle accident years ago (I don't know your age) but his top teeth smashed through his top lip.. .scares were easily visible but without getting more surgery he grew a moustache.. now years later you can't see the scars. he even has lost the scouse look.
