As the link above explains, a denture needs to be removed at night to give the palette and gums a rest, etc.
A bridge is a permanent fixture. It's a bit like a crown - it fits onto your good tooth and another "false" tooth is fixed onto the side of this.
I have a denture, a bridge and 2 crowns (bad accident when I was younger) - if I was you, I'd ask about a bridge - a lot less hassle than a denture.
