Cramps

I get painful leg and feet cramps during the night, and now cramps in my fingers during the daytime. Any suggestions to cure gladly accepted.

What were the results if those tests, that I suggested in my post?

This could well be an arthritic problem rather than "cramps."

Sqad,everything turned out ok from that last bout. No swollen joints in feet. No arthritic problems with knees. I lost weight and exercised more so generally feel great apart froms these leg cramps.

Sex ggoddess, I'll try squeezing my septum when my fingers uncramp and see if it helps.

I take cal mag zinc tablets to help stop cramp and find they work well. You can get them from helath food stores and websites. They are like housebricks to take but I really find they help.

I'm not a huge banana fan but will make an effort, magnesium I'll get from H & B included in the cal,mag and zinc tablets.
