Does anyone have any experience of ADHD or ADD in adults and with a particular slant on relationships?

Can anyone recommend any good downloadable books (rather than swathes of internet pages)?

My daughter was diagnosed with it a few months ago (she's 16) and my sister and a friend both have. The psychiatrist i saw with daughter on Monday recommended ADDISS website- i haven't yet looked at it, but he said it was exceptionally helpful.

Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation
I know you didn't really, sorry. He highly recommended it though- and one particular website might be better than random googling. Don't know of any books, but would be interested to see if anyone else does x
The product description of that is interesting, zacs, but not new. It is a range if symptoms- like any other mental illness, with no definitive test. It is about finding out what works to allow people a normal life. The medication my daughter is on, is a stimulant, which would appear to be the last thing she needed- but does exactly what it's supposed to do. These psychiatrists aren't daft.
I read through the reviews for the book that ZM suggested and found this suggestion. The book and its companions do seem to be well reviewed so i thought it might be worth posting
