Cold Or Hay Fever?

Symptoms I have:

Constant streaming nose
Jaw ache
Fatigue (I'm knackered by the end of the day)
Sinus ache

Symptoms I don't have:

Sore throat and dry lips
Itchy eyes
Sneezing

I've been like this for 10 days and no change. What do you think I have as I've been treating for a cold but maybe it's actually hay fever, which I don't normally get.

I've just been using Vicks micromist to clear my sinuses. As I thought it was a cold I've been using anything else until yesterday when I took a Benadryl. I've taken one today too and can't say I notice any major difference. My nose is still streaming!

Loratadine tablet one daily to start with and then Flixonase nasal spray.
