If you are going totally blonde for the first time get a friend to help you and i would suggest you mix two lots of the bleach so you don't run out unless you have really short hair. Also when you mix it the bleach will be a pale blue colour, it is mean't to be that colour (a hairdresser friend told me its to stop the blonde having ginger tones). Section off your hair into about four sections and start working from the back, use the tail end of a comb to pull down a layer of hair at a time make sure you cover all of it or it will end up patchy. If you have brown hair don't worry if your hair goes ginger first this is totally normal as the bleach is stripping the hair of it's colour. You will be able to see that it is blonde when its time to be washed. Also make sure you wash it well afterwards (at least twice and use a good conditioner).
