I was also thinking of buying the No No, but after reading the reviews on Amazon and several other reviews sites people said it burns the skin and does not work and people were sending them back for a refund.

My daughters have both used a friend's one and they love it. They have been nagging me to get one for them- I've told them to save up. Appear to be quite effective, though.
