Calling All Fortune Tellers !
24 Answers
Following on from an interesting debate over on News, can anyone tell me how people are telling fortunes by the study of tea leaves, a method very popular in my younger days, when we are all using tea bags these days ?
Does it matter if the bags are round, square or pyramid shaped ?
Personally I am a Twinings man myself, and am firmly in the square camp.

Actually Buenchico, I always used to use proper tea leaves but have now got out of the habit because bags are so much more easy for use in a caravan.
You can only spend so much time, prostrate under your 'van, poking around with a bent coat hanger, to clear the blockages, before it becomes tedious and boring !

Many, many years ago my mother decided to have a tea leaf reading in my house...with a rather cranky tea leaf reader....
I made the nibbles and cake and left the tea to my mother....as we got to the end of the drink no-one had any tea leaves to read....
Mum had automatically used tea bags without thinking and the cranky lady hit the roof... we had got her there to take the p**s.....who did we think we were...on and on.
We had to pay up to get rid of her......☺
