Can't Cope

with this,
my joints are seizing up, which happened over two years ago, not enough fluid now in knee joints, which are somewhat red, crack constantly, permanent redness around the top of chest area, nape of neck, and both sides of neck, lightly touch face bridge of nose, neck and it crackles like popcorn, also its like an ear echo chamber as when i scratch my head or face even lightly, try talking to docs but they don't see to think its anything serious.
when i sit feel tingly, burning pain in knees, same for wrists.
i would never normally be in this time of day, now can't see to feel this is going to get better, looked back over notes i made over the last 2 and half years, nothing makes any sense.

two things come back time and again diabetes, and thyroid.
the deep indentations happened a couple of years ago, no idea what caused them or how they went away, but this is back and anything imprints into the skin, leaving deep indentations, even the dressing gown pattern
i feel weak, hungry most of the time and am eating regularly, no weight gain at all.

i have been told any number of times that the thyroid is borderline, one report said clinical diagnosis is hyperthyroidism, but the last visit to Thyroid people said she didn't think its that. and that i don't have diabetes,
no idea if the pancreatitis that i had 7 years ago is having any impact,
gall bladder was removed, seriously unwell at the time and two months to recover.

I have no idea what is wrong with you but I do understand your frustration.
I spent about 15 years going to my GP with different and sometimes vague symptoms and I got nowhere with a diagnosis.
I knew that I was suffering from High Blood Pressure and Clinical Depression. I was eventually diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Diabetes and thyroid problems. Alas the side effects of the drugs supposed to cure me have made feel worse.
I think the problem with NHS GPs is that they are short on time and can't take time to question us and see if there is a systemic cause to our ailments.
Is there no way that you could afford to see a private doctor to, at least, obtain a diagnosis?

wolf, i could pay, but if its lengthy that could be incredibly costly,
which i cant afford. what do i tell them.
i do google stuff because of non specific diagnosis, but that is also bad,
the thirst, dry mouth, tongue, even doc in hospital said that it was, but didn't ask me anything about it, or say what could cause it.
i believe that i have an underlying virus, other than the herpes, that is knocking me for a loop, said the same thing boringly over and over,
my face is red from middle of forehead down bridge of nose, across both cheeks of my face, like being painted with war paint, and now two large pock marks have appeared in my nose, to go with the ones under my nose from a virus two years ago.
