Nearly every night, i wake up with an extremly sore shoulder(Whichever on i'm lying on), and my Mrs doesn't let me sleep on my back cos i'm such a loud snorer. Any Suggestions?
You could always try sleeping in a vertical position! - make sure Mrs John props you up good n' proper tho, wouldn't want you to fall n' bump anything.
No, in a bed dot. Sorry, My Mrs needs the window open, cos she's bad with Asthma, but i don't think that's it, as it always seems to be tha side i'm sleeping on. :0/
but if u are sleeping in a draught u may not wake up, but your boddy naturally hugs itsself to keep warm, and u put pressure on your pressure points, i think
Thanks very much for the help dot. And why does everyone act like i'm the only Rangers fan on here, I maybe the most vocal, but surely not the only one.
well, this is my last post to you!! :oP * just kidding*
Do you sleep directly on your side or slightly leaning more towards the recovery position? this will prolly take a little pressure off of your shoulders.
I sleep with my whole upper arm under my torso, and find that whatever position i curl up in, is how i wake up, So a good few hours in the one position.
And less of the Rangers gags, or i'll be forced to open a can of whoop ass. :0)
