Going Bandy?

The wear on the soles of my walking boots is all on the outside edges. There wasn't that pattern of wear on boots I've had in the past.
Could I be going bandy in my old age?

I doubt whether that you will go "bandy" but you may wear the outside of your shoes out due to compensatory gait following osteo- arthritis of the hip. The abnormal gait affects the wear of your footwear, affecting the outside of your shoes.
Not a big deal.

Here's the wear on one of the boots. I do have a couple of 'slipped discs' and I know I'm walking differently now to try and compensate for that.
