symptoms and im on the pill

hey ya'll im 15 started takin the pill on may29,2005. i missed 1 pill earlier when i had first started it but anyway. august 27th i we was unprotected and im havin alot of symptoms of pregnancy like sleepy crampin diarrhea. well im supposed to start my period round the 11th of september. im scared lil help please?

the earlier missed pill shouldnt have anything to do with your amount of protection now. by unprotected on the 27th do you mean you didnt take your pill, or do you mean you just didnt use any any method aswell such as barrier. if you took your pills correctly then there is little chance of you being pregnant and maybe your just imagining things. try and be calm and just wait for the 11th when your mind will be put at rest :)

As already mentioned, if you only missed one pill from your first pack, then this would have meant you had reduced or nil protection during June and possibly July but you should have resumed full protection by August. I've never been pregnant myself but I'd have thought it highly unusual that you would  be experiencing any symptoms of pregnancy at such an early stage - if you say you had unprotected sex on 27th August, that's only 11 days ago.  If you have diarrhoea and cramps then you probably just have an upset stomach. Remember though that if you have stomach upsets, this can reduce the effectiveness of the pill as the hormones in the pill aren't being absorbed by your body so to be on the safe side you should use condoms for the next month or so. I'm sure everything will be ok, good luck.

For future reference sleepy,cramping and diarrhea aren't symptoms of pregnancy

unless you had vomiting, diarhhoea, antibiotics or some prescription medicines (which will state if they affect contraceptive pill) during the 7 days prior to your unprotected encounter then you should be fine. You could always ask your GP to do a test for free, although not at this very very early stage

one more thing, please remember it is against the law to have s�x but if you are going to do it plllleeeaassseeee use protection... not so much for the pregnancy factor.... STI's are so common these days

hey every1 i started taking the pill on the 1st of april, and since i started taking them i had diorehea am not sure if it is dirohea because its not really runny, i have egnored it anyway and carried on having sex am due to come off ma pill in 4 days and am trying not to worry what you think i should do? am scared can any1 help me please?
