I got stuck on my toe yesterday and it was ok, a little tingly for a while.  Now it has started to swell up more and become tight and uncomfortable.  Should I be worried?????

You could try putting some ice on it, wrapped in a cloth first so you don't get freezer burn to help reduce the swelling. If it's still like this after another 24 hours talk to your doctor or a pharmacist.
that happened to me a few years ago when i got stung on my foot. I could hardly walk with it and went to accident and emergency as i thought i was having an allergic reaction. they just gave me some antibiotics in case of infection. As per previous post if its no better in the next few hours i would definately go to the doctors. better to be safe than sorry
I would get some piriton tablets or any anti-histamine which will stop your body reacting to the sting. Ask the chemist tomorrow what is best to take.
And if you are still worried call NHS direct on 0845 4647 where you can discuss your concerns with a nurse. (save you walking on your foot too)

the sting needs to be stucked out. it wont hurt as much then.
