Some people are idiots. No this isn't a windup,I'm sitting here in panic wondering whether I should call 999 and trying to relax with my hand on my heart timing it every few minutes to see if it gets worse. Thank the rest of you for your helpful answers. Whilst keeping an eye here I've also been googling in panic so had a stick of celery and am having a glass of wine which I've read should help.
Down to 72 bmp now and then 78bpm after I walked to the kitchen and back and it's not beating so hard, thank god for that. Hopefully it goes back to how it normally is.
I will never touch those substances again as long as I live I promise you that.
Peter Pendant 135-145? That sounds terrifying was it just fast or beating really hard as weel and what caused it?
To those enquiring about cayenne

I actually had some, walked to the kitchen cupboard and there was none in the tub.
Honestly, thanks for your help especially those that told me that 80 was okay as if you'd all said I was in the danger zone I'd probably be in the ambulance. Honestly god bless you all who helped.
I took 500mg of grapeseed extract,1 gram of vitamin c. The drug couldn't have wore off as it stays in the body for 2-4 hours so one of the substances I took counteracted it. Straight after the wine I started feeling for relaxed but that's wine for you so it could have been one of the other supplements or food that got digested at the same time as I drank the wine.
No more drugs for me,I'm in my 40's and drank heavily all my life so shouldn't be playing with my health like this.
Once again thanks and to those I called idiots,I'm sorry but I was angry and scared at the time.
Another thing is I haven't eaten since yesterday morning which was two slices of brown toast which may have had something to do with it and now I'm really hungry. Would having a big meal now put my heart under uneccessary stress? Would it be okay to have it or should I have a snack instead? I'll be going to bed within the next hour or two.
