Things are very much still the same, I am getting non visual vertigo as well as good old proper vertigo and feeling very nauseous and off balance most days. Still off work 3 months later and have just received my appointment for the end of next month for the balance tests.
feel very sorry for you creamegg - one of the most debilitating things to get - just at the doctor's the other day (actually "pharmacy" in the surgery - next thing - I do know they do not give you the "real macoy" of tablets just generic - but good luck at the doctors and beg them for the real macoy - they do make a difference.
I agree with Eccles, Jennyjoan. The active ingredients in generic medicine (the bits that make the difference) are exactly the same as the branded medicine.
If you want to buy branded drugs that is your choice to pay for them.
well if I could buy them the branded ones i would but woudn't know where to start.
Let's face it -- what do you prefer Heinz Baked Beans, or stinking Virgin baked beans or HP - I know what I like - I like my Heinz - that's what I mean by generic.
We know what generic means, JJ. You are comparing the taste and flavour of beans to the effectiveness of prescribed medicine. Generic medicine works exactly the same as the branded and has exactly the same effective ingredients.
If you want to pay for branded drugs ask your doctor for a private prescription and pay the full price.
