Serious question though.
Why does the human animal find 'uniforms' sexually attractive?
No other animal dresses up for its mate.
What is the appeal of a uniform?

I find women far more appealing in evening wear/summer dresses than in uniform.

peacocks eyes etc., dont really answer the question. Nature has its own peculiar quirks (peacocks eyes, pidgions strutting etc, tiger/zebra stripes) but Ive never yet found an answer as to why humans find uniforms sexually exiting....and yet we do! Men might pump up their muscles and women might slim but humans still find a uniform sexually exciting.

"Animals dressing up to attract mates" a load of nonsense.

It is simply BOREDOM. Something different........something to excite you......something a bit out of the ordinary.......

You find your mate/ partner/ spouse.......whatever and at first, sex is exciting and you can't wait to "get at it." Then you know what she has as underwear and lingerie, because you have seen it so many times, you know how she will respond , because she has done the same thing so many times. Then of course she becomes pregnant........that's it for sex and her attentions are for the baby.

You then find a "lover".....but the same applies here after a time, although with the lover, you can experiment...cunilingus, anal, threesomes, whatever.

But why the UNIFORM? It is not the uniform itself, that drives you mad, but what she is wearing underneath.......what does a policewoman wear, a female doctor, a nurse, a barrister, an airline stewardess wearing down the aisle......what are they wearing underneath.

Yes, it all boils down to releaving the boredom and trying something new..........me?......Air hostesses and female barristers.

Many people find taking the leading role in a sexual encounter quite daunting. Many other people find a submissive role / being dominated sexually exciting. A uniform suggests authority, power and control enabling the submissive to hand over control to someone else. A uniform also enables those less confident to hide behind a 'character' and allow them to express their sexual preferences which they would otherwise find difficult / impossible to enact.
Animals don't have the cognitive thought processes described above.
