Fried fish - yes or no?
I'm always reading that people should eat more fish to improve their health, eyesight, intellect etc. I read all about fatty acids, omega this and that, GLA, DHA, EPA etc etc. I live a very hectic life (if I'm not in work, I'm out partying) so I don't always have time to eat properly. I often have to grab something from the local chip shop on the way home.
My question is - if the deep-fried fresh cod doing me any good at all? Or would I be as well off getting some fried chicken (which is much tastier)?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.The cod is good, the batter/frying is not! You are better off getting some fresh salmon, bunging it in the oven for 30 mins on 200 degrees and having that with some UNCLE BEN'S express rice- takes 1 min to cook!

I am also ridiculously busy, but it is better to try and be healthy. Your body will thank you for it in the long run!
The odd fish supper won't do you any harm but personally I wouldn't touch salmon.
Fresh tuna is oily but tinned is not. Sorry for the rambling.
