Does anyone else feel a bit dubious about those coffee machines at work ... ?  I am sure I always get an upset stomach when I drink a lot of coffee from there and when you look inside it they look gross.

Drinking a lot of coffee will make you feel queasy anyway, I always get cramps if I have more than 2 coffees a day.  Is it a filter machine?  Many people forget to clean out the jugs and the bit that the filter goes into.  Just give it a scrub, if noone else is doing it, theres no reason you shouldn't.
