Mr Cassa went for an MRI on Monday as he is having a biopsy taken for recurrent prostate cancer. He said it was just so they knew where to take the biopsys from but I think we should be told what the MRI indicated. Such as " there was a small anomaly, a large anomaly, many, or whatever" so that we can better understand what might be going on.
However Mr Cassa, ever the head in the sand man, just wants to wait.
I would not have a prostate biopsy without an MRI, but unfortunately they are not routine in the NHS for this evaluation.
Your husband is clearly in good hands.
\\\Should we wait or ask to speak to someone? \\\
You can ask, but it would be purely academic and meaningless as the biopsy is the essential feature here.
