Middle names

How do you go about getting a middle name?  I haven't got one (wasn't baptised) and wouldn't mind having one.  Does it cost money?

Just start using one. You could change your name by deed poll, but it's not a legal requirement and for a middle name it's probably not worth the bother, unless you're keen to have a certificate to hang on your wall or something.

In fact, you can call yourself any name you want, as long as you don't do it for illegal purposes. Oo-er!
