I would suggest you dont put up with the pain any longer - research a few different ways and go for it. My sciatica is due to a lot of different things - it isnt always as a result of a bulging disc. The pain and numbness in my leg is definitely being helped with this new treatment.
Hi horner here is a web site telling you what it ishttp://www.wholehealthmd.com/refshelf/substances_view/1, 1525,10156,00.html it is a type of physio therapy which works on the fascia around the bones. It wouldn't do any harm to see if you can find a practitioner in your area and have a check up to see if it would suit you.

My husband had sciatica for three months, he paid a fortune for physio etc and nothing helped, the sciatica just went in its own time, although your doctor would give you strong painkillers - can't remember what my husband took at the time though. Perhaps myofascial release would be a good thing, I am sure with the pain you are willing to try anything. Good luck.
