Cyst On Eyelid

I had a lump on my eyelid, by the time I got to see the doc the lump has gone dry and hard, doc gave me antibiotics anyway but will this cyst go on its own?

Biccylova, is it a cyst or a stye? Styes are usually red and painful/itchy

thanks for your answers, its definitely a cyst, not painful, it sounds like antibiotics don't do much good, I think I will put them on hold and see what happens, don't want to take them really as I have had a lot in the past, its very small so if it takes a year I can live with that, doc never mentioned skin cancer but I will keep an eye on it, any change and I'm back to the doc
